Breastfeeding from an early age has a positive impact on both mother and baby. According to the results of Fika Syafiq's research, mothers who do IBE are 2 8 times more likely exclusively breastfeed. The purpose this study was determine relationship between breastfeeding Exclusively in Neonatal Room, Permata Madina Hospital , Panyabungan. type research that used is analytical by design studies case control . Population which have baby 6 – 12 months Room at Panyabungan City. Sampling done purposive sampling with sample 51 mothers. Data analysis performed using chi square indicate implementation significant gift breast milk exclusive (p value= 0.04 ) carry out 4 greater chance giving breastfeeding.
